Cyn Store Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY:

You have 30 days to exchange an item and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items. This does not apply to sale items. When items are discounted all sale are final. All items must be and in original packaging with tag attached, unworn and unwashed. If you have received your order and want to make an exchange please email us at cyncouturellc@gmail.com. When shipping back your item please include your invoice number a details of the exchange, you be will be responsible for a reshipment fee of $10.00 payable to Cashapp $cyncouturellc1 or PayPal cyncouturellc@gmail.com with invoice in “for” description and send confirmation.
